Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. Your domain (your web address) is registered in your name from day one. Your website is yours once your build is paid, and you can take it with you if you leave. On the limited offer, the build is included, so the site stays ours unless you choose to buy it, at the build price written on your order form when you sign up. No surprises.
How much does a website cost?
Your website is quoted up front, based on what you need, usually within a day of us hearing what you're after. Pay once and it's yours. Monthly care is optional: Care is £49 a month (£59 for Studio) for hosting, fixes and 3 small changes a month, and Care Plus is £79 a month (£89 for Studio) for 10 changes a month done within a working day. Right now, our next 3 clients who choose monthly care get their standard website built for free, so the build is included in the £49 a month.
Can I just pay once?
Yes. You pay your quoted build price, we hand the site over to you, and it's yours to run, with no monthly fee and no minimum term. It stays exactly as handed over: hosting, updates and fixes are then down to you, and any changes you ask us for later are quoted. You can switch to our monthly care at any time.
Will my monthly price go up?
No. Whatever monthly price you sign up on stays the same for as long as you're with us. If our prices change later, that only affects new clients.
What happens if I cancel?
There's no lock-in. Cancel monthly care anytime with 30 days' notice. You always keep your domain. If your build is paid, the site is yours to take with you. On the limited offer, you can buy the site at the build price on your order form, or we take it down at the end of your notice. The one exception: if you're not happy within your first 30 days, you can cancel straight away and we'll refund your first month, with nothing more to pay.
Will my business show up on Google?
We build every page with the basics Google looks for: clear page titles, descriptions, fast loading and the areas you cover. Nobody can honestly promise the top spot, but we give your site a proper foundation.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. Send us the link and we'll build a free preview of the new version, so you can compare them side by side. We can usually keep your existing domain.
Do you write the words?
Yes. Tell us about your business in a quick chat and we'll write clear, friendly copy for every page. You check it and tell us what to change.
What is Care Plus?
Care Plus is our monthly care for businesses that update their site often, like shops, restaurants with changing menus or anyone running regular offers. It's £79 a month for standard websites and £89 for Studio, and includes 10 small changes a month, each done within 1 working day. For online shops, adding products and updating prices or stock counts towards those 10. Online shops need Care Plus. You can switch between Care and Care Plus any month.
How many changes can I make?
Up to 3 small changes a month are included. A small change is anything that takes about 20 minutes, like updating prices, swapping a photo, changing your opening hours or rewording a paragraph. Changes to films, animations or features aren't small changes, so they're quoted. Each one is done within 2 working days. Need more that month? On monthly care, extra small changes are £20 each. Bigger jobs, like a new page or feature, get a fixed quote before we start. Unused changes don't roll over.
Do you have a referral reward?
Yes. Recommend a business to us, and when they sign up for monthly care, you get your next month free. There's no limit, so recommend as many as you like.
What features can my website have?
Whatever suits your business, all included in your quote. Popular picks are an instant price guide, a booking request form (customers choose a service and a day, and it lands in your inbox), a live "open now" sign with your hours, a menu or price list, a photo gallery or before-and-after slider, a quiz that helps customers choose, or a "do we cover you?" postcode checker. Live booking calendars, payments, online shops and similar features connect to other systems, so those are quoted separately.
Can customers book online?
Yes, in three ways. If you already use a booking app like Booksy, Fresha or Calendly, we link to it or show it on your site for free. A booking request form, where customers pick a service and a day and you confirm, can be built into your site. A full live booking system, with real-time slots, deposits or reminders, is quoted separately because it runs on paid booking software.
What if I want a bigger site?
No problem. Every website is quoted on what you need, so a bigger site just means a bigger quote. Pages, features, booking systems, online shops or a full Studio build: you get a fixed price before any work starts. Nothing is ever added without your agreement.
What's the difference between a website and a Studio build?
A standard website is built to win you customers: clear, fast, and designed from scratch for your business. A Studio build goes further, with a film made for your brand that plays as people scroll, custom images and video, and interactive features like 360° product views, 3D maps or booking flows. Studio builds are quoted on what you need, and the monthly care is £59, because changes on those sites take more work. You can also pay once and have it handed over.
How long does it take?
Most previews are ready within a few days. Once you approve it, your site can go live the same week.
What do I need to provide?
A few details about your business, your logo if you have one, and photos of your work (phone photos are fine). For backgrounds and atmosphere, we'll source professional imagery.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. We build it, you look at it, and if you don't love it, you owe nothing.
