Who we are

Stour Sites is the trading name of Harrison Thornley, a sole trader based in Stourbridge, West Midlands. Full postal address available on request. Email: [email protected]. Phone: 07476 793735. We are responsible for the personal information described here.

What we collect

When you ask for a free preview or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, phone number or email address, your current website, and anything you write in your message.

Why we use it

Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. We never sell your details, and we won't send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Where it's kept

Enquiries reach us by email (hosted by Zoho, using its UK data centre) or WhatsApp (run by Meta). When you use the form on our website, your details are passed to us by email through FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service. Our websites are hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

If you don't go ahead, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as you're a client, and financial records for as long as the law requires (usually six years).

Cookies and third parties

This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from Cloudflare's cdnjs, which means those services receive your device's IP address when the page loads.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites, and we only see overall totals, not who you are.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
